§ 51.03 DIRECTOR; DUTIES.

   The Director of Public Works shall report to the Town Administrator and perform the following duties:

   (A)   The Director shall have general supervision over all the operations of the water system;

   (B)   The Director shall see that all rules and regulations of the town are enforced; and

   (C)   The Director shall see that water rates and assessments are correctly made.
