§ 50.11 CONTRACTS FOR WASTE COLLECTION.

If the town has exercised its authority to contract with a waste collection contractor on an exclusive basis, in the nature of a franchise, it shall be unlawful for any resident of the town and it shall be unlawful for any business or corporation within the town to contract with a different contractor for the purpose of waste collection.
