CHAPTER 337 Food Vending Machines

EDITOR'S NOTE: Under the authority of Ohio Revised Code 3732.02, the Cuyahoga County Board of Health enforces Ohio Administrative Code 3701-21-30 to 3701-21-49 governing food vending machines, food vending machine locations, and food vending machine commissaries. The booklet containing the regulations is published by the Ohio Department of Health and is available for distribution by the Cuyahoga County Board of Health.
