311.03 REPORTABLE COMMUNICABLE DISEASES OF ANIMALS.

All communicable diseases of animals shall be reported to the Cuyahoga County Board of Health immediately upon the recognition of such disease by the owner, attending veterinarian or person having the diseased animal in his possession or control.
