159.05 EXCAVATION FOR TESTS; RESTORATION OF PROPERTY.

On entering any lot or parcel of land for any test as permitted in this Chapter, the Director of Public Works or the Director's designee may excavate and do such other work as may be necessary to make the tests authorized. Upon the completion of the tests the Director shall cause the premises to be restored as nearly as practicable to their condition before such tests were made.
