141.26 SENIOR TRANSPORTATION FEE.

The Director of Recreation may institute a fee of $5.00 per trip (each way) for personal trips on any senior transportation provided by the City, whether the transportation is provided by the City itself or through a contractor. "Personal trips" shall not include trips for medical reasons or for therapy, group grocery shopping, or to and from the City's Stephanie Tubbs Jones Community Building. All other trips shall be considered "personal trips" for the purpose of charging the fee established by this Section.
