141.25 CIVIC AND COMMUNITY EVENT ATTENDANCE AND SPONSORSHIPS.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to expend public funds to pay for the attendance of the Mayor and/or the Mayor's designees at civic and community functions, including functions involving contributions to not-for-profit charitable organizations, and to purchase sponsorships or tables at such events.
