141.23 FAIR HOUSING GRANTS.

(a) The Director of Law is hereby authorized to apply for and accept fair housing grants from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where no City matching funds are required under the grant agreement.

(b) The Mayor is hereby authorized to agree, on behalf of the City, to be bound by all contract terms and conditions required in order to receive grant funds for the Department of Law authorized by subsection (a) hereof, subject to approval by the Director of Law.
