138.04 STAFF AND EXPENSES.

The City shall provide in-house staff and related services in support of the Human Relations Commission as may from time to time be required, with the approval of the Mayor. Additional expenses related to the operation of the Commission, including but not limited to postage, printing and stationery, shall be included in the City's annual budget as approved by Council.
