132.04 QUORUM AND VOTE.

No hearing or other business shall be conducted without a quorum at the hearing or meeting. A majority of the members of the Board constitutes a quorum. A simple majority of the voting members present at a hearing or meeting at which a quorum is present shall be required for any decision or other action taken.
