132.03 MEETINGS, HEARINGS AND POLICIES.

(a) Hearings of the Board shall be scheduled on a regular basis, but no less often than bi-monthly, and the Board shall hold hearings and meet as often as it determines is necessary for the prompt and orderly handling of appeals.

(b) The Board shall schedule and give public notice of all Hearings and meetings.

(c) The Board shall adopt policies and procedures for the conduct of its meetings, the processing of appeals and for any other purposes considered necessary for its proper functioning.
