132.01 ESTABLISHMENT AND JURISDICTION.

The Board of Appeals is hereby created to hear all administrative appeals referred to the Board, Board of Housing Code Appeals, or Maintenance Review Board by the provisions of the Codified Ordinances. (Ord. 05-73. Enacted 5-23-05.)
