126.03 DIRECTOR’S DUTIES.

(a) The Director of the Department of Recreation shall be in charge of the Department of Recreation, and shall be responsible for its operation under the control and supervision of the Mayor.

(b) The Director of the Department of Recreation shall establish fees for short-term and seasonal recreational programs and classes provided by the Department of Recreation to cover the cost of such programs and classes.
