125.01 CREATION; DIRECTOR'S DUTIES.

(a) There is created the Law Department, consisting of the Director of Law, the Assistant Director of Law, a secretary to the Law Department, and such additional employees as may hereafter be authorized by Council.

(b) The Director of Law shall have all the powers and perform all the duties provided by the law of the State for solicitors of cities. He shall not be required to give bond.
