123.06 SERVICE CHARGES FOR WORK PERFORMED.

   The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to perform street, driveway and sidewalk repairs, and certain miscellaneous work upon public property, at the request of various utilities, contractors, builders and others in accordance with the schedule of charges set forth herein. Rates for Miscellaneous Services Rendered ("MSR Rates") are equal to the total of the equipment billing rate, personnel and overhead costs, and the actual cost of materials utilized.

(a)   Street Pavement Repair:
For squaring up pavement on both       sides of trench, excavating to       necessary depth for concrete       and wearing surface, finishing       six inches (6") of mixed concrete,       two inches (2") of wearing surface       raked and rolled:	$25.00 per sq. ft.
For six inches (6") concrete curb,       fourteen inches (14") to sixteen       inches (16") deep including       excavating and finishing:	MSR Rates
For new sandstone curb, finished       and set, five inches (5") to       six inches (6"):	MSR Rates
For setting sandstone curb:	MSR Rates
(b)   Concrete Sidewalk and Driveway Apron Repair:
Current City contract:	cost plus twenty-five percent (25%)
(c)   Sidewalk Repair (Sandstone Flagging):
Current material and labor:	cost plus twenty-five percent (25%)
(d)   Miscellaneous Work:
Replace traffic sign posts	MSR Rates
Painting injured tree lawn trees	MSR Rates
Replace street signs	MSR Rates
Replace traffic signs	MSR Rates
Sale of traffic signs	MSR Rates
Hydrant repair	MSR Rates
(e)   Cutting Grass and Weeds:
Cutting grass and weeds on       private property:	MSR Rates with $100.00 minimum charge or actual cost, whichever is greater
(f)   Service Fee for After Hours Animal Call:
For animal or rodent calls during       hours when an animal warden       is not on duty	$35.00
(g)   Sale of Used Sandstone:	Amount to be determined by the Director of Public Works based upon current market prices.
