119.01 ESTABLISHMENT AND PERSONNEL.

Under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 1901.01, there is created a Shaker Heights Municipal Court, consisting of a Judge, Clerk and Bailiff, and such other employees as may be authorized by ordinance of Council.
