105.01 FRAUDS IN EXAMINATION.
No person or officer shall willfully or corruptly by himself or in co-operation with one or more persons defeat, deceive, or obstruct any person in respect of his or her right of examination for, appointment to, or employment in the civil service of the City, nor willfully or corruptly, falsely mark, grade, estimate or report upon an examination or proper standing of any person examined, registered or certified in or for such service, nor aid in so doing, nor willfully or corruptly make any false representation concerning the same, or concerning the persons examined; nor shall any person or officer willfully or corruptly furnish to any person any special or secret information for the purpose of either improving or injuring the prospects or chances of any person so examined, registered, or certified, or to be examined, registered or certified, nor impersonate any other person nor permit or aid in any manner any person to impersonate him in connection with any examination, registration or appointment, or application or request to be examined, registered or appointed, nor shall any person or officer furnish any false information about himself or any other person in connection with any examination, registration or appointment, or application or request to be examined, registered or appointed.
