SECTION II-6. PENSIONS, INSURANCE, ETC.

No municipal fund or system of pensions, indemnity or insurance for any officer or employee of the City shall be created or established except by ordinance of the Council. Any such fund or system, if established, shall be administered by such officer, officers, or board as the Council may designate. (Effective 1-1-32.)
