547.07 APPEAL.

A Contractor that has been issued a Notice of Violation, Denial or Revocation under this Chapter, or has had a request to continue operation in the City denied, may file an appeal with the City's Board of Building Code Appeals pursuant to Chapter 1311 of the Building Code.
