1417.13 FORMS, RULES AND REGULATIONS; APPEALS.

The Director of Building and Housing is authorized and directed to promulgate such forms, rules and regulations as are necessary for the efficient administration of this chapter. Rights of appeal from any decision of the Director of Building and Housing are provided for in Codified Ordinances Sections 1281.07 of the Zoning Code, 1311.08 of the Building Code and 1409.09.
