1417.09 ORDERS FOR CORRECTION.

Except in the case of immediate danger to the public peace, health, safety or welfare, the Certificate of Inspection shall contain the order of the Director of Building and Housing for the correction of any code violations noted on the Certificate, which shall be corrected by the owner, within ninety (90) days of the issuance of the Certificate. For good cause shown, the Director may extend the time for such completion.
