1417.08 WAIVER OF INSPECTION FEE.

The fee for an inspection conducted pursuant to this chapter shall be waived for all inspections requested by the Cuyahoga County Office of Community Development in conjunction with the Department of Housing and Urban Development Section 312 Rehabilitation Loan Program for the Community Development Block Grant Rehabilitation Loan and Grant Program as administered by Cuyahoga County for the Urban County Participants. Waiver of fees shall be approved by the Director of Building and Housing only upon the written request of the Cuyahoga County Office of Community Development, which shall stipulate that a financial review has been conducted by the County and the applicant qualified for a loan, grant or combination loan and grant under one (1) of the aforementioned programs.
