1417.07 CONSENT TO INSPECTION.

If, after application to the Director of Building and Housing, the party authorized to give consent, or occupant, refuses to consent to an inspection of the subject property or consent is otherwise unobtainable, the Director of Building and Housing shall not make such inspection without first obtaining a search warrant as provided in Section 1409.02.
