1329.11 WAIVERS.

   The Director may waive or modify any of the regulations that are deemed inappropriate or too restrictive on the applicant's proof of compliance with the waiver conditions contained in the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Permit entitled "Storm Water Authorization for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System" that is in effect at the time a permit application is submitted.
