1329.06 ISSUANCE AND TERM OF PERMIT.

   The Director shall issue a permit certifying approval of the soil-disturbing activity upon:

   (a)   Approval of the Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan (CSMP), Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3), and/or any other Plans required by this Chapter and the City's regulations incorporated into this Chapter; and

   (b)   Submission of proof that the applicant has received approval from the Director of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency for coverage as required by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Permit entitled "Authorization for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System" that is in effect at the time the permit application is submitted.
