1319.05 COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TO BE FREE OF NUISANCES.

(b) Council may declare a commercial property found in violation of this chapter to be a public nuisance, and may order the abatement of such nuisance, with the actual cost being certified by the Clerk of Council to the Cuyahoga County Auditor and charged as a tax lien.
