1309.09 MEETINGS.

The Architectural Board of Review shall hold such meetings as may be provided by its rules, and all meetings shall be held in the City Hall. The property owner shall be given not less than five (5) days' prior written notice of all meetings of the Board in which his or her application will be reviewed and considered.
