1309.06 ALTERNATE MEMBERS.

In case of the absence or disqualification of any architect member from any meeting for any reason, the Planning Director or his or her designee, shall request the attendance of one (1) or more of the alternate members to serve in the place of the absent or disqualified member, so that the number of architect members present at any meeting shall be not less than two (2) nor more than three (3). The alternate shall receive the customary fee of a member of the Architectural Board of Review.
