1309.05 SELF-INTEREST OF MEMBERS, DISQUALIFICATION.

A member of the Architectural Board of Review shall be deemed disqualified and shall not participate in the review of any work in which he or she has any direct or indirect financial interest, or of any work for any person by whom he or she is then employed.
