1307.06 ADDITIONAL FEES FOR ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW.

   In addition to the provisions of Chapter 1305 of this Building Code fixing fees to be charged in connection with the issuance of building permits, the Director of Building and Housing shall charge and collect from the permit applicant, such amount as shall reimburse the City for expenses incurred in connection with extraordinary and supplemental architectural or engineering review of building plans. Such extraordinary or supplemental review of plans may be ordered by the Director when, in the Director's opinion, the nature and complexity of the plans, other than for one or two-family dwellings or detached garage plans, require additional and comprehensive architectural or engineering review for the protection of the public safety, health or welfare.
