1307.05 SPECIAL INSPECTOR FOR UNUSUAL HAZARDS.

The Commissioner of Building may require that the owner employ a special inspector who shall be present at all times during the mixing and depositing of cast-in-place reinforced concrete or reinforced gypsum, the riveting, welding, or bolting of structural steel, or on any work involving unusual hazards or requiring constant inspection. The special inspector shall be a qualified person approved by the Commissioner. The Special inspector shall submit a copy of that inspector's report to the Commissioner in writing, describing the progress and indicating the quality of the work and other information as required.
