1301.06 DUTIES OF COMMISSIONER OF BUILDING.

The Commissioner of Building shall be responsible for the examination of plans, the issuance or refusal of permits under applicable provisions of City ordinances and State laws, the inspection of buildings, and such other powers as are now or may hereafter be conferred upon building inspectors, plumbing inspectors or electrical inspectors by City ordinances or State laws. Such inspectors shall have similar powers and shall exercise the same under the supervision and control of the Commissioner of Building.
