1173.14 REMOVAL, DESTRUCTION OR MUTILATION OF SERIAL NUMBER, LICENSE TAG, IDENTIFICATION STAMP OR REGISTRATION CARD.

No person shall willfully or maliciously remove, destroy, mutilate, alter or change the serial number, license tag, identification stamp or registration card on any bicycle or motorized bicycle. (Ord. 78-28. Enacted 3-27-78.)
