1155.09 STOP SIGNS.
   The Director of Safety may cause stop signs to be installed in City-owned parking lots at the intersection of two or more lanes of travel.
   The operator of a vehicle shall stop in obedience to a stop sign so installed and shall yield the right of way to all other vehicles not so obliged to stop.
