1155.08 REMOVAL OF VEHICLES.

The Director of Public Works may cause to be moved to any other location upon the parking lot, any vehicle which is so parked as to prevent or impede the removal of snow or any work of maintenance with respect to the lot, which removal shall be at the risk and expense of the owner of the vehicle.
