1155.04 RESTRICTED USES; WARNING.

(a) The Director of Public Works may restrict the use of any of the parking spaces to such extent and for such times as he may find necessary for the removal of snow or the performance of any maintenance with reference to the lot or any part thereof. Notice of any restriction shall be given by signs, or by personal warning to operators of vehicles.

(b) No person shall park any vehicle, nor cause or knowingly permit any vehicle within his control to remain parked in any restricted space at any time during the period of the restriction.
