1155.03 PARKING REGULATION.

When such parking spaces have been so designated, no person shall park any vehicle in any portion of the parking lot except entirely within one of the parking spaces, or in such a manner as to occupy more than one of the parking spaces, or to obstruct the passage of any vehicle to or from any one of the parking spaces.
