1155.02 DESIGNATION AND AUTHORIZATION.

The Director of Public Works is authorized and directed to designate spaces in the lot within which vehicles are to be parked, which designation shall be by lines marked upon the surface of the parking lot, or by signs or markers, or otherwise.
