1151.17 STORAGE OF OUT-OF-REPAIR VEHICLES.

   No person, being the owner or person in charge or control of any realty within the City shall store or permit to be stored, for a period of more than fifteen (15) days, any motor vehicle so damaged or out of repair so as to render it incapable of being moved under its own power, upon any lot or land designated as within the boundaries of a Residential District as the same is defined in the Zoning Code, unless such vehicle is stored completely within an enclosed building or garage or is specifically permitted pursuant to the Zoning Code of the City.
