1151.16 STORAGE OF UNLICENSED VEHICLES.

   No person being the owner or person in charge or control of any real property within this City shall store or permit to be stored for a period of more than fifteen (15) days any motor vehicle or other vehicle, which if used upon the streets, is required to be licensed, which is unlicensed or does not carry the full number of current license plates required by the laws of the State of Ohio or which is disabled, unless such vehicle is stored completely within an enclosed building or garage, or is specifically permitted pursuant to the Zoning Code of the City.
