1151.14 PURPOSES OF PARKING RESTRICTED.

   (a)   No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any road or highway for the principal purpose of:

      (1)   Displaying it for sale;

      (2)   Washing, greasing or repairing the vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency; or

      (3)   Advertising.

   (b)   No person shall stand or park a motor truck, bus, or business or commercial vehicle in any street adjoining any private property zoned for residential purposes, except for the purpose and during the time reasonably necessary for delivering or receiving persons or merchandise from the premises, or from rendering services to persons occupying the premises.
