1139.02 RESTRICTED TRAFFIC.

(a) No person shall drive any vehicle designed or used for the transportation of goods, wares, or merchandise, or for the transportation of more than ten (10) persons, upon any street designated as restricted within this City, except while receiving or delivering goods along such restricted street, and then only by entering and leaving such restricted street by the nearest unrestricted street.

(b) This section does not apply to school buses.
