1131.43 PARK AND RESTRICTED PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall park or operate any motor vehicle through, upon, or across any public park property or any restricted public property except as set aside and designated for such exclusive use. For purposes of this section, "restricted public property" means any public property other than streets and highways, or private property designated for use by the public for purposes of travel or parking.

(b) This section shall not apply to public safety or maintenance vehicles.
