1131.30 ONE-WAY STREETS AND ROTARY TRAFFIC ISLANDS.

Upon a roadway designated and posted with signs for one-way traffic a vehicle shall be driven only in the direction designated. A vehicle passing around a rotary traffic island shall be driven only to the right of the rotary island. (ORC 4511.32)
