1111.04 GAMES ON STREETS; TOY VEHICLES.

   (a)   No person shall fly a kite or play any game on any public street or highway unless the same has been set aside for playground purposes.

   (b)   No person upon roller skates or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device shall go upon the roadway of any public street or ground, except while crossing the same at a crosswalk, or unless the same shall have been set aside for playground purposes.
