1105.06 EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENTS.

   No determination of the location of traffic signs, signals and markings shall become effective until the same has been indicated on the Traffic Control Map and filed in the Traffic Control File, and proper signs, signals, or markings have been erected or located at the places designated.
