1105.05 WHEN AMENDMENTS TO BE MADE.

No traffic signs, signals, or markings shall be posted on the Traffic Control Map or Traffic Control File until established and determined by the Director of Safety. The Director shall inform the Traffic Engineer of his determination of the location of traffic signs, signals or markings in writing, or the action of Council in respect thereto. Amendments to the Map and File shall be made in the same manner.
