1105.04 TRAFFIC CONTROL FILE.
   There is established a Traffic Control Card File which shall be prepared and kept to date by the Traffic Engineer and maintained in his office on index cards. The file shall constitute the permanent and official record of the location of traffic signals, stop signs, yield right-of-way signs, turn limitations, through streets, one-way streets, prohibited and limited parking areas, parking meter zones, and restricted traffic streets within the City. Cards shall be filed according to the above traffic designations and in addition alphabetically by streets. Additional files of cards may be maintained as the Engineer deems advisable. Such card files are incorporated in and made a part of the Codified Ordinances of the City, as amended. File cards shall include, but not be limited to, the following information:
   (a)   Type of traffic control designation;
   (b)   Complete description of the highway or area affected;
   (c)   Number and effective date of ordinance authorizing designation;
   (d)   Date proper signs, signals or markings were erected; and
   (e)   Date recorded upon the Traffic Control Map.
