1105.02 AUTHORITY OF COUNCIL.

When Council or the Council Safety and Public Works Committee by motion, shall direct the Director of Safety to amend any of the traffic control schedules as listed in this chapter, by adding thereto or deleting therefrom, the Director shall make such amendments.
