905.01 NEW INSTALLATION COMPLIANCE AND PROHIBITION.

(a) No incinerator shall be constructed or placed in or used in conjunction with any new structure or building or any existing structure or building not having an incinerator unless it conforms to all Federal, State and City requirements and standards.

(b) No outdoor furnace or boiler may be installed in the City for the purpose of providing indoor heating.
